3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3232 That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to increase the annual income limit for individual's with Alzheimer's disease to participate in the state's respite care program from forty-one thousand dollars to fifty thousand dollars and to eliminate the requirement that the Commissioner on Aging operate the program within available appropriations.
