DEVLIN, 134th Dist. REP. HOYDICK, 120th Dist. AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE RESPITE CARE PROGRAM. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to increase the annual income limit for individual's with Alzheimer's disease to participate in the state's respite care program from forty-one thousand dollars to fifty thousand dollars and to eliminate the requirement that the Commissioner on Aging operate the program within available appropriations. Statement of Purpose: To expand eligibility for the Alzheimer's disease respite care program.
