28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require the registration of any all-terrain vehicle that is not solely operated on the property of the vehicle's owner and that such annual registration fee be thirty dollars. Additionally, the revenue from such registration fees would be required to be used by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to maintain all-terrain vehicle trails on state property. | |
