2424 AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES TO FUND THE MAINTENANCE OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE TRAILS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require the registration of any all-terrain vehicle that is not solely operated on the property of the vehicle's owner and that such annual registration fee be thirty dollars. Additionally, the revenue from such registration fees would be required to be used by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to maintain all-terrain vehicle trails on state property.
