2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to restructure the gross receipts tax on ambulatory surgical centers to be in compliance with federal regulations and prevent reductions in federal financial participation grant awards.
