1426 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

16-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) A newspaper publisher shall issue a credit, extension or pro rata refund of the subscription or subscription price of a print newspaper subscription, upon request, to a consumer who has temporarily suspended such subscription due to vacation, travel or illness.
