| 28 | 28 | That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to provide to any resident of the state who is a veteran or has attained the age of sixty-five or over an exemption from property tax on a motor vehicle in the amount of twenty per cent of the assessed value of such resident's motor vehicle. | |
