2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to provide that eligibility for state financial assistance and tax expenditures be denied to corporations whose chief executive officer earns more than one hundred times the average wage for a worker in the state.
