AN ACT ALLOWING CHIROPRACTORS TO CLEAR STUDENT ATHLETES FOR PARTICIPATION IN SUPERVISED TEAM ACTIVITY FOLLOWING A CONCUSSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-149c of the general statutes be amended to allow chiropractors to clear a student athlete to participate in a supervised team activity following signs or diagnosis of a concussion.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow licensed chiropractors to clear student athletes for participation in supervised team activities following a concussion.
