| 28 | 28 | That subsection (e) of section 7-421 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a municipal employee from serving on any governmental body of a municipality if that body has the responsibilities and authority of a board of finance, unless such municipal employee is permitted to serve pursuant to the municipality's charter or home rule ordinance or serves because of membership on the legislative body of the municipality. | |
