2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require municipal health departments to utilize a uniform seasonal market vendor application for farmers' market vendors. If a municipality charges an application fee related to such application, the fee shall not be greater than twenty-five dollars per season.
