AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS AND SEASONAL FARMERS' MARKET VENDOR APPLICATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require municipal health departments to utilize a uniform seasonal market vendor application for farmers' market vendors. If a municipality charges an application fee related to such application, the fee shall not be greater than twenty-five dollars per season.

Statement of Purpose: 

To require municipal health departments to utilize a uniform seasonal market vendor application for farmers' market vendors.
