2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 10-212a of the general statutes be amended to permit a bus driver, including an independent contractor and a person employed by a school district, to administer epinephrine with a cartridge injector to a student under the driver's supervision in certain circumstances and to establish immunity from liability for such driver for administering epinephrine in certain circumstances.
