2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to renew the motor vehicle operator's license of a person who has a motor vehicle violation that is more than ten years old.
