AN ACT CONCERNING DRIVER'S LICENSE RENEWALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to renew the motor vehicle operator's license of a person who has a motor vehicle violation that is more than ten years old.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons with motor vehicle violations that are more than ten years old to renew their driver's license.
