2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to permit a local or regional board of education to create an online school to facilitate the delivery of education to students from across the state through the use of existing and future technologies to meet established educational practices and guidelines.
