28 | 28 | That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to require that, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, and June 30, 2019, no town shall receive an equalization aid grant that is less than fifty per cent or more than one hundred per cent of the amount a town received for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017. | |
