| 30 | 30 | That part V of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to require that the written bill of rights for parents of children receiving special education services, as described in section 10-76ll of the general statutes, be provided to the parent or guardian of a child receiving special education services when such parent or guardian receives the transition bill of rights, developed by the Department of Education, at a planning and placement team meeting. | |
