2424 AN ACT CONCERNING EXCEPTIONS TO THE PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENT IN PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That subsection (h) of section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the prevailing wage threshold to four million dollars for total cost of work to be performed in connection with new construction of any public works project and to one million dollars for the total cost of work to be performed in connection with remodeling, refinishing, refurbishing, rehabilitation, alteration or repair of any public works project.
