2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That sufficient funds be appropriated to the Department of Transportation, from the Special Transportation Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to fund the drug recognition expert program so that a sufficient number of state and municipal police officers will be qualified to identify drivers impaired by drugs.
