3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3232 That chapter 876 of the general statutes be amended to require any attorney who actively practices law in the state to (1) maintain professional liability insurance, and (2) disclose the fact that he or she maintains professional liability insurance at the initial meeting with a prospective client.
