2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require that (1) each individual health insurance policy have a state medical loss ratio of not less than eighty per cent, and (2) each group health insurance policy issued to a small employer have a state medical loss ratio of not less than eighty-five per cent.
