| 28 | 28 | That section 46a-68c of the general statutes be amended to provide that (1) the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities shall review and approve or disapprove an affirmative action plan submitted by a contractor, not later than sixty days after the date of submission of such plan, and (2) if an affirmative action plan is not approved or disapproved by the commission within the sixty-day period, the plan shall be approved. | |
