AN ACT CONCERNING PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES OF THE RISK REDUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 18 of the general statutes be amended by codifying the practices and procedures undertaken internally by the Department of Correction in administering the risk reduction credit program.
Statement of Purpose:
To codify the practices and procedures undertaken internally by the Department of Correction in administering the risk reduction credit program.
