(NEW) (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 447 of the general statutes and any regulation adopted pursuant to said chapter, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall not construct any maintenance garage, concession stand, viewing stand, entrance booth or any other facility at the Silver Sands State Park in the town of Milford unless the board of alderman of said town approve such construction. | |
