2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to require all state agencies to (1) include a cost-benefit analysis and sunset provision for any new regulation adopted by an agency, and (2) repeal two existing regulations for every new regulation adopted by the agency.
