| 28 | 28 | That section 10-220 of the general statutes be amended to permit a local or regional board of education to reduce its school transportation services when the parent of a student or a student opts out of such transportation services, provided any such parent or student may resume such transportation services upon written notice to such board at least a week before such student resumes such transportation services. | |
