| 26 | 26 | to (1) provide the child's parent or guardian with the vaccine package 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | insert and vaccine information sheet prior to administering the 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | vaccine, and (2) when a health care provider will be administering a 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | vaccine after the birth of a child while the child is in the hospital, 6 | |
