1919 AN ACT CONCERNING USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR POLITICAL

2121 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2222 Assembly convened:

2424 That section 9-621 of the general statutes be amended to require any 1
2525 candidate receiving a grant from the Citizens' Election Fund, and who 2
2626 uses any portion of such grant for any political communication, to 3
2727 disclose that such communication was paid for, in part, by public 4
2828 funds. 5
2929 Statement of Purpose:
3030 To require candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program to
3131 disclose when political communications are paid for, in part, by funds
3232 received from the program.
