25 | 25 | agreement of collective bargaining agreement to the contrary, a 3 | |
26 | 26 | therapist who is not an employee of such board to provide, pursuant 4 | |
27 | 27 | to a written order by a medical professional, therapy or other 5 | |
28 | 28 | medically necessary care to a student at the school that such student is 6 | |
29 | 29 | enrolled and during regular school hours. 7 | |
