20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |

23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that (1) each retail 1 | |
24 | 24 | pharmacy licensed in this state may, upon request from an insured, 2 | |
25 | 25 | dispense a sixty to ninety-day supply of a prescription drug to the 3 | |
26 | 26 | insured if such insured holds a valid prescription for such supply, and 4 | |
27 | 27 | (2) no health carrier shall prohibit a retail pharmacy from dispensing 5 | |
28 | 28 | such a supply to such an insured. 6 | |
29 | 29 | Statement of Purpose: | |
30 | 30 | To provide that each retail pharmacy licensed in this state may, upon | |
