29 | 29 | health care options for Medicaid recipients by reimbursing accredited 2 | |
30 | 30 | and certified therapists, addiction specialists and others in addition to 3 | |
31 | 31 | licensed clinical social workers for mental health treatment. 4 | |

33 | 33 | To provide mental health parity and reduce costs in the Medicaid | |
34 | 34 | program through early intervention by increasing consumer access to a | |
35 | 35 | larger menu of accredited providers. |
