2121 AN ACT CONCERNING A LANDLORD'S DUTY TO PROVIDE NOTICE
2222 OF FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS IN RENTAL AGREEMENTS.
2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2626 That section 47a-3f of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
2727 that a landlord shall only be required to provide written notice of the 2
2828 existence or nonexistence of an operative fire suppression system 3
2929 when state law requires that the dwelling unit be equipped with such 4

3232 To ensure that a landlord is required to provide written notice of the

3434 when state law requires that a particular dwelling unit be equipped
3535 with such system.
