| 27 | 27 | That sections 38a-510 and 38a-544 of the general statutes be 1 | |
| 28 | 28 | amended to provide that no insurance company, hospital service 2 | |
| 29 | 29 | corporation, medical service corporation, health care center or other 3 | |
| 30 | 30 | entity that delivers, issues for delivery, renews, amends or continues a 4 | |
| 31 | 31 | health insurance policy or contract in this state that includes 5 | |
| 32 | 32 | prescription drug coverage may require, if such company, corporation, 6 | |
| 33 | 33 | center or entity uses step therapy for covered prescription drugs, the 7 | |
| 34 | 34 | use of step therapy for a covered prescription drug that is (1) 8 | |
