| 22 | 22 | That chapter 952 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1 | |
| 23 | 23 | a person is guilty of intimidation based on bigotry or bias in the fourth 2 | |
| 24 | 24 | degree when such person maliciously, and with specific intent to 3 | |
| 25 | 25 | intimidate or harass another person because of the actual or perceived 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | race, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity 5 | |
| 27 | 27 | or expression of such other person, causes any object or substance, 6 | |
| 28 | 28 | including, but not limited to, liquid, gas or particulate matter, to come 7 | |
| 29 | 29 | in physical contact with such other person and to provide that any 8 | |
| 30 | 30 | person guilty of intimidation based on bigotry or bias in the fourth 9 | |
