2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2828 That section 47a-16 of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
2929 that a landlord may enter the dwelling unit of a tenant during the 2
3030 pendency of a summary process action to recover possession of the 3
3131 dwelling unit for the purpose of making necessary repairs to the 4
3232 dwelling unit in preparation for a new tenant. 5
3333 Statement of Purpose:
3434 To permit a landlord to lawfully enter a rented dwelling unit during
3535 the pendency of a summary process action in order to make necessary
3636 repairs in preparation for a new tenant.
