| 27 | 27 | with mental and emotional disabilities who lives with an emotional 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | support animal, as provided in the federal Fair Housing Act, 42 USC 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | Part 3604 et seq. and Title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 USC 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | 701 et seq., each as amended from time to time, and any regulation 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | adopted thereunder, and (2) establish penalties for misrepresenting the 7 | |
