20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
21 | 21 | Assembly convened: | |

23 | 23 | That chapter 925 of general statutes be amended to provide that: (1) 1 | |
24 | 24 | A municipality that operates a dog park shall be immune from liability 2 | |
25 | 25 | for any action that resulted from injury to property or person unless 3 | |
26 | 26 | the injury was proximately caused by the negligence of the 4 | |
27 | 27 | municipality for failure to guard or warn against a dangerous 5 | |
28 | 28 | condition, use, structure or activity, and (2) any person engaged in a 6 | |
29 | 29 | recreational activity at a bike park shall assume the risk and legal 7 | |
30 | 30 | responsibility for any injury to person or property arising out of the 8 | |
31 | 31 | hazards inherent with the activity, unless the injury was proximately 9 | |
32 | 32 | caused by the negligence of the municipality for failure to guard or 10 | |
33 | 33 | warn against a dangerous condition, use or structure. 11 | |
