3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

3333 That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require the Public 1
3434 Utilities Regulatory Authority to develop standards for the process for 2
3535 attaching equipment to utility poles, including 5G and fiber wires for 3
3636 high-speed broadband Internet infrastructure, for owners of utility 4
3737 poles and people who occupy and use utility poles. 5
