| 42 | 42 | That the general statutes be amended to require that (1) a baby-1 | |
| 43 | 43 | changing station be added to (A) any existing publicly accessible 2 | |
| 44 | 44 | restroom facility that does not contain such a station during the 3 | |
| 45 | 45 | renovation of such restroom facility, and (B) any new publicly 4 | |
| 46 | 46 | accessible restroom facility during the construction of such restroom, 5 | |
| 47 | 47 | and (2) publicly accessible restroom facilities with a baby-changing 6 | |
| 48 | 48 | station be equally accessible to all genders. 7 | |
