| 28 | 28 | | Department of Rehabilitation Services, and (3) a state-wide senior 4 |

| 29 | 29 | | center work group including, but not limited to: (A) The 5 |

| 30 | 30 | | Commissioner of Rehabilitation Services, or the commissioner's 6 |

| 31 | 31 | | designee; (B) the Commissioner of Social Services, or the 7 |

| 32 | 32 | | commissioner's designee; (C) two representatives of the Connecticut 8 |

| 33 | 33 | | Association of Senior Center Personnel; (D) one representative of the 9 |

| 34 | 34 | | Connecticut Association of Municipal Agents for the Elderly; (E) one 10 |
