| 24 | 24 | ensure that a person who will possess a firearm while providing school 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | security services in a public school satisfactorily completes a child 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | abuse and neglect registry check and a state and national criminal 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | history records check, pursuant to section 10-221d of the general 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | statutes, prior to performing any school security duties, and (2) require 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | that a municipality or local or regional school board employing or 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | entering into an agreement with such a person notify the local police 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | department of such person's name. 9 | |
