| 30 | 30 | (2) prohibit a holder of a manufacturer permit for beer from the retail 4 | |
| 31 | 31 | sale of beer on the permitted premises unless the holder of the 5 | |
| 32 | 32 | manufacturer permit is also a holder of a restaurant permit or has 6 | |
| 33 | 33 | received an off-premises sales endorsement to its manufacturer permit, 7 | |
