| 26 | 25 | Section 1. Section 9-19i of the general statutes is repealed and the 1 | |

| 29 | 28 | with law for purposes of a motor vehicle operator's license shall not 4 | |
| 30 | 29 | serve as notification of change of address for voter registration for the 5 | |
| 31 | 30 | person unless the person states on the form that the change of address 6 | |
