26 | 26 | discretion when determining whether to transfer a juvenile from the 3 | |
27 | 27 | docket for juvenile matters to the regular criminal docket of the 4 | |
28 | 28 | Superior Court in the case of a class C, D or E felony or an unclassified 5 | |
29 | 29 | felony by considering whether the best interests of the child or the 6 | |
30 | 30 | public will not be served by not maintaining the case in the superior 7 | |
31 | 31 | court for juvenile matters, rather than requiring the court to consider 8 | |
