| 26 | 26 | said section in the adoption of such municipalities' zoning regulations 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | in order to receive discretionary state funding, and (3) clarify that 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | municipal zoning regulations shall further the purposes of the Fair 6 | |
