| 26 | 26 | otherwise penalizing a teacher, school paraprofessional or other 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | person employed by such board to provide special education and 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | related services, for expressing his or her views concerning a student's 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | disability, placement or program of service during a planning and 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | placement team meeting for such student or in communication with 7 | |
