| 24 | 24 | the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, and each fiscal year thereafter, any 2 | |

| 26 | 26 | membership, as defined in section 10-261 of the general statutes, equal 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | to or less than fifteen thousand pupils shall become an independent 5 | |
