AN ACT PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL SUBSIDIES FOR STUDENTS 
STUDYING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, VIRTUAL REALITY, 
AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES OR QUANTUM COMPUTING. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to provide educational 1 
subsidies and support for students studying in the fields of artificial 2 
intelligence, virtual reality, autonomous vehicles or quantum 3 
computing at institutions of higher education in the state, if such 4 
students work in the state upon graduation. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide subsidies to students studying in fields related to emerging 
technologies if such students work in the state upon graduation.
