| 24 | 24 | and transparency metric for the purpose of analyzing judicial decisions 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | and judicial sentencing for all state court judges. Such metric shall 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | include factors such as race, sex, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | and gender identity, in relation to the parties in civil and criminal 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | matters, judicial decisions and criminal sentencing. Such metric and 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | the ancillary information used to formulate the metric shall be readily 7 | |
