| 21 | 21 | Assembly convened: | |

| 23 | 23 | That the Department of Housing (1) conduct a state-wide review to 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | determine how federal housing programs can be fully utilized to assist 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | and prioritize people experiencing homelessness, including, but not 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | limited to, a review of the federal Housing Choice Voucher program, 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, the 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities program, 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | and the HOME Investment Partnerships program, and any other 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | relevant federal programs administered by the Department of Housing 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | or local public housing authorities, and (2) submit a report of findings 9 | |
| 32 | 32 | and recommendations to the joint standing committee of the General 10 | |
| 33 | 33 | Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to housing not later 11 | |
